On Friday last week (6 December) our fabulous School Council presented an assembly around people living homeless in Mansfield.
We are working with local charity Framework and on our upcoming Christmas Jumper Day (this Thursday, 12 December), rather than donating money, we would like our children to donate something that could benefit somebody living homeless. Ideas from our pupils include tins of soup, hats, gloves, old clothes, packets of food, socks, snack bars, face wipes and dog food pouches.
Please can children bring their donations and pass to their class teachers on Thursday morning. We look forward to seeing your choice of festive clothing as we support the work that Framework do in our community.
