Please find a number of forms we need you to complete, or read through, ahead of your son or daughter joining us. If you don’t have a printer, paper based copies can be supplied to you, just drop an email to office@samuelbarlowprimary-ac.org.uk with your contact details.

Universal infant school meals (UIFSM) provides funding for all government funded schools to offer free school meals to pupils in reception, year 1 and year 2. The UIFSM is different funding from that of benefits-related free school meals. However, it is important that parents who receive one of the qualifying benefits register for benefits related free school meals as this enables us to claim pupil premium. Free milk is available for children under the age of five and children receiving free school meals. The eligibility criteria for free milk entitlement is exactly the same as for free school meals. Where local authorities or schools provide milk, it must be free to children whose parents get the same support payments as for free school meals.
