The festive celebrations began with a delicious Christmas dinner complete with cracker pulling and joke telling, filling the hall with festive cheer. A special thank you went to the academy’s cooks, Jamie and Jo, for their excellent service. In a heartwarming gesture, the academy’s junior leaders served the lunchtime staff their dinner as a thank you for everything they do, showing appreciation and spreading Christmas kindness across the school.
We also celebrated Christmas jumper day, and everyone looked wonderfully festive in their colourful Christmas knits. A very special visitor also made an appearance as Santa himself came to visit! The children were thrilled to meet him, and excitement filled the whole school.
In the final days of term, we took the time to record thoughtful and heartwarming Christmas messages. Words filled with kindness and positivity, perfectly captured the true spirit of the season.
