Year 1 invited parents and carers in to the academy this Wednesday to create a picture of the Clipstone headstocks as part of our community art project. The pupils worked alongside their families to create some brilliant artwork featuring these iconic local landmarks using pastels and other materials. The end results were amazing and we are very proud of our academy community coming together in this manner.
The children also created Easter crafts with the parents to celebrate Easter. The children had a fabulous afternoon creating amazing work with their parents as together we are stronger.
