Pupils in our foundation class have been showing their creative side recently as they have been learning the brilliant story, ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’. The display in the picture here has been created by our fab teaching assistants Miss Vardy and Miss Kay, with all children contributing to the collage and the village representing the key elements in the story.
The collage has been placed at a low level in the classroom so that all pupils can see it very clearly as we walk through the story together, developing their story language and understanding of the sequence of events.
